The pajama pants that got reused for something.

I have been saving a pair of pajama pants that have been in my laundry room for oh I don't know how long, with a hole in them and I knew that I couldn't fix them for me to wear them again. So I decided to use them to make madisyn a pair of Pajama pants and I wasn't sure if there would even be enough material to make her a pair, because of the location and how big the hole was in them, but there was enough so I made her a pair. She was so excited to wear them when I tried them on her to get a length for the ruffle on the bottom that she didn't want to take them off. So now she has a pair of incomplete pajama bottoms that she refuses to take off. Oh well at least she likes them and wants to wear them unlike the pillowcase dresses or anything like that.

Making Picture frames

It has been awhile since I posted, With me being so busy with nursing school and study time seems to engulf a lot of my time, that I usually spend crafting with my children and developing their creativeness. So I decided it was about that time to spend some quality crafty time with them and to let them be creative (they love doing crafts and spending time with mom.)So I picked a pretty simple craft that I didn't have to supervise too much while they did it even though I was right there if they needed me for anything. They decorated picture frames all by themselves.

Material:
-Wood Frame(walmart)
-Foam shapes (walmart)

kids crafts

As I was wondering the craft store today to get a couple of things for a tutu. I decided that I was going to browse the kids section to see if I could find anything for my kids to make. My children are 3 and 5 so I needed something that would be fun but easy for them to complete and sit for at least 5 minutes and this is what I came up with. I have bought the foam things before but my children were not that into them so I figured we will try them again and make valentines for family members this year and see what happens. And they loved them so I think this maybe a future thing as a craft for them.
This was the craft kit that I bought for them.
